After reading another review (My Fashion Insider) on Foxers I was intrigued and wanted to try them out for myself. Foxers sets from what I had seen look absolutely amazing. I got in touch with Foxers and they were kind enough to gift me a set to review, I was not told what to say, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Foxers White Lace |
The Foxers set is made form a very soft stretch lace, and the boxers have an elastic waist band. Looking at the size chart I was undecided between a small and medium, but the rep at Foxers seemed confident that the medium would be best. My hips at the fullest point are about 38in and my high hip (hip bone area) is about 30/31in, I was just concerned with the amount they stretched (the size chart shows a medium stretches to 42in).
The bottoms actually ended up being a very good fit in medium, and I'm very happy I didn't size down to a small. I think if I had went down a size they may have dug in a bit at the waist. I do prefer the fit of the shorts when the waist in folded over, I feel like unfolded it hits me at an awkward spot. The shorts aren't high waisted by any means, but somehow I feel they fit more comfortably and look nicer on me with the wait folded over. Also the front of the Foxers shorts do have an extra panel that provides a bit more coverage.
I apologize for the blurry photo, but it was the one that had the most similar pose to the other. |
Also a rather nice feature on the front of the Foxers shorts do have an extra panel that provides a bit more coverage. This is nice if you need a bit more modesty for your lounging.

Their size chart for tops gives a set of underbust measurements and generic cup sizes not linked to a band size. I gave the Foxers rep my bra size along with measurements and they suggested a Large for the top.
As I somewhat expected the large is certainly too big in the band for me, the cups seem to work well though. I suspect that I could size down to a medium and get a better fit from the band, and cups that could still most likely work, and just be lower coverage.
Straps are adjusted about mid way and you can see that it is riding up. |
Needless to say, I'm not really getting any support from the bralette, but it is still cute and comfy. For the most part, I don't really need any support for just lounging around at home, so for that it would be fine. If I try Foxers again, I would definitely try a medium for the top, I think I rather have a bit less coverage and have a more fitted top.
We hadn't discussed colors or anything so I was unsure what to expect. My set arrived and I got white lace with gold accents, I believe this a now discontinued set from the holiday season. The white is very pretty, but a bit bridal looking. While the set looks great, I am kind of more fond of fun colors.
Royal Blue Lace |
The lace used in Foxers is extremely soft and comfy, not the least bit scratchy. Overall if you are looking for sexy lingerie that is still lounge worthy and comfortable, or comfy lounge wear that happens to be sexy, I would definitely recommend giving Foxers a try.
Foxers does also offer thongs as well as a cotton/lace combo of their shorts as well, which kind of remind me of a girly version of a boxer brief.
You can order Foxers directly from their website or on Amazon.
